Moonlight International (Regd) established in the year 1985 under the ownership of Late Mr V.K.Malhotra ,started manufacturing Engine Valve guides in Grey Cast Iron and bronze material. The company is manufacturing for tractors, trucks , Cars, Three Wheelers .The company has its own casting unit and inspection department to check each n every single piece manufactured by the company.
Valve guides are supplied all over India. Mr. Manu Malhotra joined the company in 1995 and stared exporting Engine valve guides to many countries besides India. Company's motto is Customer satisfaction & Commitment to quality. Moonlight International (Regd) is built in an area of 10,000 square feet area .

Production process
We produce all our products with dedicated state of the art infrastructurer with qualified & experienced staff undergoing strict quality inspection. Melting is one of the beginning prominent process of the casting. Molted material is poured in centrifugal die/cavity to get the required structure.
Centrifugal casting process based on the centrifugal force principle. Boring is the process which gives the final look of inner diameter.
